Pleaseprint is an online platform offering custom printing services including photo gifts, apparel, photobooks, wall décor, and corporate merchandise.

By accessing our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

2. Customization & Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that photos, text, and designs uploaded for printing are correct, legal, and do not infringe on third-party rights.

Pleaseprint is not liable for printing errors due to incorrect spelling, low-quality images, or design mistakes provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that contains offensive, abusive, or illegal content.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices on our website are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned).

Payments must be made in full before order processing. We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as products are personalized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer PAN India delivery through our courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket).

Delivery timelines are typically 5–10 business days, but may vary due to location, courier delays, or festive rush.

Pleaseprint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

As products are customized and printed as per customer’s request, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The product is damaged during delivery.

The product delivered does not match the order placed.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of Pleaseprint and cannot be used without permission.

Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any photo, artwork, or design they submit for printing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pleaseprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the product ordered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
